    Default Cochlopetalum x philippinense blooms

    I have a Paph. Helvetia in bloom right now:



    Here it is next to Paph. Shireen.

    Helvetia = victoria-reginae x philippense
    Shireen = glaucophyllum x philippense

    I like the Shireen better, but they are both very nice orchids. Great job with them!

    hmm, made with a philippinense did you say... now why haven't I got these then!!!

    Beautiful blooms!

    Love the dorsal on that Shireen and Love the pouch and petals on that Helvetia!

    I vote the Helvetia as the nicer one. But great job on both Sue.

    This is a first bloom of the Helvetia, but I expect it to act the same as the Shireen.

    The Shireen, this year, put out a total of 6 blooms on its spike, with a maximum of four being open at once. So semi-successive, semi-multi.
