If you mean the plant, I think they are about the same size but the flowers are very slightly smaller. The flower stalk puts out its first flower at about 8in tall and the stalk is very slender and tends to droop down, so staking is essential. Good luck to you in trying to find one - here in Malaysia it is very difficult to find. I was very lucky when I found this one (half-dead) labelled as glaucophyllum at a vendor's among a group of wild collected plants that had just arrived from Sumatra. And that was about 8 years ago.

When shown this plant at the nursery, I jumped on it immediately! And it is my first paph.

Mine, thought to be ready to spike has put out 2 leaves so far with a 3rd ready to go. But now, tucked in alongside the 3rd new leaf getting ready is a different color green structure that I am thinking will be the flower spike. Hopefully, by the end of the weekend it will emerge enough to know.

Thank you for your reply. I can hardly find any Paph liemianum in Hong Kong. I know one vendor who has a few Paph chamberlainianum and Paph moquetteanum and ask him to sell me one if avaible. I still prefer Paph liemianum rather than Paph chamberlainianum.

Good luck to you, Harvey. Both my plants are putting out their second flower. I can sense your excitement as I'm now in the same boat with another NOID Paphio. I bought this paphio 6 months ago with a single flower - a look-alike callosum but nearly twice the size of the normal callosum. I had not expected the second fan to bloom so soon as the callosum/barbatum are notoriously difficult to bloom in the lowlands. The spike is now an inch tall.
