Grow under half shade. Moved to a bright spot for photo taking.

Thanks Luke for posting again. The spike on my plant is now about 4 inches tall. I'm so excited, this being my first primulinum and I hope it is as nice as yours. Another of my paph to bloom is a niveum and this is the first time this particular plant is blooming and it has really unique leaves, without any marbling; dark chocolaty green best describes the colour. This specimen was given to me by a friend who had collected it from one of the small uninhabited islands of the Langkawi Archipelago. I'll be posting a picture of it when the flower is fully open. Another paph blooming at the moment is Paph lowii - totally unexpected as this specimen came from the highlands at about 5000ft; but with only one flower and another bud. It bloomed with 5 flowers in the highlands.

Yew, yours surely must be a good one because it has a 4 inch spike. Actually this is my second attempt to grow the plant. My first one died after several months. Looking forward to see your posts.
