I'm posting from my iPad and I can hardly see the microscopic words I type. 'Papua ' should , of course read Paphs'. My Mac Mini has conked out; the hard drive has given up the ghost. As a result I have lost more than 12,000 photos mostly of orchids as well as family photos. I've been putting off backup for my files and now I have to start all over again to build up my orchid library. Fortunately a lot of the family photos are in the children's Email. Quite a few of my orchids are blooming at the moment but I'm unable to post them as I haven't quite figure out how to resize them and post using my iPad.

Sorry to hear that Yew Sung. If you approach apple support center, they could try to salvage whatever possible from the disks.
