This is a discussion on Paph Flighty Fred and Paph Pinocchio within the Paphiopedilum, Phragmipedium, Cypripedium IN BLOOM forums, part of the Orchid Photography category; ...
The Pinocchio is cute. I notice that the lower leaves of the other one are almost white. Is that normal?
Good growing. More buds to open too!
I have seen the white looking leaves on other Paphs before. Once a growth flowers on a paph, it is done growing and many times I have seen them eventually die off. I think it is in the stage of dying off.
