    Default Paph rothschildianum

    A single growth Paphiopedilum rothschildianum with 3 flowers.
    It smells peper and first blooming.

    WOW!!!! I love it. I have two roths... both being different parents. I wonder which yours is. I love the striping.

    aaack.... I just looked at my plant labels and realized one is a cross between a roth and a sanderianum... the other is roth. I look forward to seeing a flower in a few years

    Maegg, i do not know exactly the parents. But it is a division and flowers had been seen before.

    Hoa : yes more blooms to come on the same spike

    Beautiful bold striping on the dorsal and the pouch colour is intense! Lovely!

    I don't think the color and form of the bloom has reached maturity yet. In a week or so, take more pictures. We would love to see how they develop!

    Mine is still a year from blooming (and another seedling that has 3-4 years to go!) But your picture gives me hope! Please update us as the blooms progress!

    Hi Philippe,
    How long do the roth blooms last? I bet they last at least a month if not more, like 2 months! Some of my paphs, the blooms last 3 months!
