    Nice photos, Jason!

I was thinking I knew what it was, and then I remembered there was another possible primary that might look similar. It wasn't the obvious choice. Good one!

    Hi Julie,
Do you have to guess everything is a Jerry Spence? Hehhehee!

    Hi Jason,
Nice riddle! First we could eliminate Delrosi (delenatii x roth) since the petals are all curled up and narrow. I believe a Delrosi would have darker pouch and wider petals, while I would think the petals would be more flat. However the other two common possibilities are hard to differentiate unless you might have seen them before. I might as well consult the Oracle at the Temple of Apollo to guess the name! Hint, hint ....
Well, so how did I do? Hehehhehe!

    Hi Clint,
So that is a Colmanara? Your picture is hugemongous ... Help us to shrink it ...

    WHOA!

I'm an old lady who doesn't multitask well.

How about one thread at a time, each with a new name - Orchid IQ 2, IQ 3, etc.

Nice Colmanara, Clint! Did I guess correctly, Jason?

Oh bummer! I wanted to hint outrageously, but still give others a chance to guess...

Hoa and Diane both got it! Oracle of Apollo indeed, Delphi!

as Hoa said, Delrosi definitely has flatter petals overall (although no Delrosi is ever perfectly flat). the color varies greatly in Delrosi from light pink/primarily white to a deep pink (some say that when delenatii is used as the pod parent, the plant blooms more freely but is much more white overall).

I first thought it was Delrosi, and then I considered Delphi. I decided on Delphi after I checked out Jason's orchid page to see which one he owned. That didn't seem to be the intent of the competition, so I then took myself out of it...

There was another possibility for Jason's riddle when I was thinking about it besides Delphi. Quite a funky name, too. DELADU! Deladu is adductum x delenatii and it looks almost like a Delphi, but knowing adductum, I think Deladu should be darker, i.e. darker pink and the pouch should have a stronger pink color. So it is settled, it's a Delphi.
