    Default ID anyone?

Saw this paph in bloom in the GH yesterday when watering. It's tag has fallen out of the pot, so I don't have the name. Anyone know it from the photo?

    Cheers,

I thought it might be Paph. Honey also, but I don't remember having one.

Paph phil x Cochlo, for sure, but which Cochlo is the $64,000 question!

If you know what you had, I can search the database for names, Bruce.

Maybe not, but you might have had a primulinum x philippinense (paph honey), or perhaps a glaucophyllum x philippinense (paph shireen)...... Mine was labled primulum x philippinense.

i would have thought that the overall light colouration and the lack thereof of other markings on the dorsal (other than the stripes) would mean it's likely to be a primulinum parent... so, a Paph Honey

    BUT

the really spotty petals kinda makes me think it might actually be a Shireen (ie with glaucophyllum or moquetteanum)

however, my heart is still leaning towards Paph Honey (which is probably a bad way to figure out the name of a plant!)

I agree that it is most likely Paph Honey. Do a google image search, they all seem to have some spotting, and the overall color really points toward primulinum.
