    Default Phrag Noirmont

I was going to repot this plant after it had finished blooming as the new growths do tend to climb.
The spike had 12 flowers(was in flower for about 6 months) & as i was ready to cut the spike i noticed a new 1 quite tall hiding behind the main 1 so i thought i would delay the re-potting.Stone me if there wasn't another slightly smaller spike hiding behind some foliage.
I have posted this 1 before but never with 3 flowers(about 5" across) out @ the same time.
Hope you enjoy the piccie as it is pretty difficult to get a descent shot in the growroom with Mylar as the backdrop.

I love the Noirmont's deep red! Three at once is a happy plant! My Living Fire is a first bloom, so flowers barely overlap, but it's still going strong since July. It's hard to stake a spike that's taller than I am! What a whacko genus!

It's lovely. I have my first Phrag, Andean Fire, and it is in bud. I am so
    anxious to have it bloom.
