Phrag. Don Wimber is from Phrag. (besseae x Eric Young). This was made with the yellow form of Phrag. besseae. Depending on the temperature, it blooms out with varying degrees of red. It has in the past bloomed out pure yellow. The degree of redness varies from bud to bud.
This bloom is a little bit deformed because it was smooshed up against the side of the greenhouse.
