    Default Paph. micranthum albescens 'E1'

    Well, this plant turned out to be a disappointment! From the leaves, spike and spike hairs, it looked like it would bloom out a true albino but it turns out to be an albescens (semi-album).

    Well Lien,
    I too would hate for you to have to feel dissapointed every time you look at this bloom----you should get rid of it....I would be happy to relieve you of this burden

    I still think its lovely! Soft like a mashmellow...this one would have fooled me too. These guys are costly! hehe the pollen sticks out on this one...maybe selfing it will give you a albino

    Selfing it may even give you a flower that is even more all pouch.
