Default Paph Pinocchio var album revisited

Well i said i would update in the spring & here is the new piccie.
There are now 7 spikes , unfortunately i knocked the flower off 1 of the spikes
getting it out of the growroom.
Tallest spikes are on there 23rd/22nd flower & have been in flower for over 2 years. All still in a 4" pot , i will have to repot soon i think it will probably fall into a few separate clumps.

This is really cool!! I've never seen a paph like this; the spikes just kinda grow upwards in this unusual fashion? I'll have to do some research on this one...

Great growing, btw!! This is really exciting! Did you say that it was the 22nd flower???

I didn't realise that Pinocchio's could go on for so long, I assumed maybe 5-6 blooms would be the limit. Although I am sure that Steve's plant must be fairly well established and mature, unlike mine which is just a baby.

Do all sequential growers get to bloom as intensely as Pinocchio?

I had a Paph chamberlainianum that was on it's 17th flower (erwina infection killed most of my paphs just over 2 years ago) & that was a first blooming.
