I think I may just leave it as it is...all that stuff is not so important to me. It was lowii when I bought it as a seedling and lowii it shall stay.....(for now!) still have some time to decide on what I want to do or name it. More importantly is getting the other slippers to flower this year, the move from Sydney this April has really taken a toll on my flower production in the greenhouse.

Hey, congrats on the HCC! Excellent! The colors of your lowii are great, and the petal stance is superior. I'm glad she won you an award! That will certainly fuel your desire for more orchids!

    That, and our e-veal encouragement...

Thanks Piper. I am happy and very rewarded by the award. Have managed to flower my Linleigh Koopowitz and have posted it on here for all to critique and provide their feed back as I was thinking of showing it. Your advise on this one would be great,
Again, thank you to all for your kind words of praise.
    Cheers

Thanks Philippe, much appreciated. Hard to believe that this orchid is still in flower after a month and a half! never realised these slippers flowered for so long especially with the heat we get here in summer, (it is 42c here in Melbourne today!!).
    Cheers
