I have an In-Charm 'Yuki' in bloom now. The first bloom has faded to almost white and the new bloom, just starting to open, is very much the color of yours. It's interesting to see them together on the same plant and compare the color.

Thought I would post an updated picture of this bloom; I believe it is much whiter now.

I didn't realise they stayed in bloom that long.....and it's really a looker the whiter it turned. Our local botanical garden has a similar one. The pouch was whiter. Good growing there. I'm not usually a paph or phrag lover, but yours is such a pretty and delicate looking thing. Its lovely!
