    Default Blue Martini Madness

Hey, sorry for my disappearance for the last few months, but this semester has been a living nightmare. Anyways, I received a Dtps. Fire Cracker 'Blue Martini' for Christmas and it has come into bloom, which I'm stoked about. Here are some pictures:

Fantastic colour.... and welcome back, you get that with school, it'd be such a fun place if the academics ( BD ) didn't expect so much studying

Great flowers! What is Dtps short for - is it in the dendrobium family? Looks like a phal but I don't know all the shorthands. Looks awesome.

It is short for Doritaenopsis, a hybrid between Phalaenopsis and Doritis.

As you can see from my avatar--I like this one too! Yours is lovely! Welcome back from school--having spent seven (yes, 7) years in the pursuit of higher education I more than sympathize.

And no--smart alecs out there that wasn't seven years of undergrad.

That one's been on my wish list since Sadie posted hers. Too bad getting named phals in SA is so hard. Really love this one.

Btw, I'm only on year 4 of 6 in my undergrad studies, so I know what a mission studying is.
