I'm sure you've done this already, but check the sides of the pot. Some growers stamp the name of the plant on the clear pots.... then again maybe not

What a lovely plant.
I recently purchased a phalaenopsis in bloom that is dark yellow with orange veining. The petals are pink and are cupped, surrounding an equally pink lip. When in full spike, the rear of the flowers can be seen behind the frontside, which makes it appear as if the spike is in front of a mirror. Because of the cupped petals, the flowers are triangular in appearance, which is a very unusual form for a phalaenopsis. I know many growers prefer their phals to be as flat as possible, but this one was so amazing that I HAD to buy it. Wish I had a digital camera to post a picture of it. REALLY amazing.

Isn't that interesting, here a white phal is very hard to sell as they are too abundant. I can have a huge one for 5-30 dollars, depending on size and condition.
