    even if it doesn't come true from seed it would be fun growing ones from your plant, here. I checked mine the one but I had seen blasted. I do have some Primula japonica in bloom, would you like to save me some seed from them? I will take pics of it tomorrow.

    I'd be more than happy to swap, I used to have lots of P japonica before we moved here. Here's a photo of Francisca, apparently found on a roundabout in Surrey Canada!

    WOW, that is droolishous Judy! I have never seen a Primula anything near that color.

    Funnily enough it was on one of our gardening programmes on friday night, and it was almost the first plant I saw at the fair! You could google BBC iplayer and Gardeners World to see a big plant in flower, Judi.
