Yes, they are, indeed. I went there two days ago. There must have been a hundred hieroglyphicas in bloom.
Two weeks from now more than 20 Rhynchostylis praemorsa would be opening their blooms. Jim Cootes would be here, and hes going to the farm with me.
Nowadays I am smiling, always.

I'd be smiling too... my fave is the fourth pic... the darker coloured really wide petals and sepals... just lovely! but I'd take any in a heartbeat... but of course, i can't grow them... you are so lucky to grow them outside!

How wonderful it is to see them growing in the jungle. And hundreds of them! WOW!
On the 4th picture, what are the brown nuts? Are they from the tree? It looks like that they are sitting on phal...
