Default Phal equestris (Three Times a Lady x Blue Too)

This is a keiki off of a plant that Gin sent to me. This is actually one of 8 or so keikies that I got off of the main plant. Most of the keikies are in bud or bloom now. This particular one is the one that I listed on Orchid-bids a couple of weeks ago. It was in spike/ low bud at the time. Anyway, it has bloomed amazingly well.

Geoffrey: If you really want equestris in latin plural, it's "equestres". Pronounced "ekvèstres" with "e" like in elegant.
What is interesting is that "equestris" is the feminine singular adjective (meaning "mounted") in nominativus clause.
To cut a long story short, it means the female on horseback.
    Sorry, I'm just a latin geek :>
