Default Wilsonara Aloha Sparks (Odontocidium Lorraine's Fourteenth x Odontioda Redhot Spark)

Here's a Wilsonara in bloom. It's kind of an amazing spike, there are 41 blooms open and another 9 in the process of opening. The pot is a 2.5" square plastic pot, it's just sitting in the clay pot so it doesn't fall over.

I really love the glossy red flowers' you will have to get some longer stakes.

Oops, Ang709, I made a goof. I checked it again and it's a 3" square pot. Still a surprising spike to come out of such a small container. I wish I could get the spike into a more vertical orientation but there seems to be no way to get a more substantial stake into the pot.

Dougroc, I am still amazed, even if it is a slightly bigger pot than you originally thought. It's still a huge spike.
