    thanks cindi,
    seems like you nailed it!
    i wasnt far off with my maculatum guess and the tag came close. only found a somewhat bad pix of this hybrid, but after researching both it should be it.

    @dail
    thanks for helping, i was looking into this species as well and bloom looks like it, except the greenish petals/sepals and growth habit, my plant doesnt have those long leaves and inflorescence and the pbulb should come from the "zelenkocidium" parent.

    @derek
    the fragrance is getting stronger every day, especially in the morning, hard to describe, but it smells very masculine for me...

    thanks for helping and comments!!!

    I have been doing some research no this today and have drawn a blank.My first thought was that it was Onc leucochilum.All I am able to say is what it does not have (which is anything from the crispa,Synsepala,Tolumnia,Stellata sections,.The lip is the defining part of this flower,I am not able to find anything with the two wings which are just on a downward slope.

    thanks murray for your expertise,
    so you would outrule the "valley gold"?
    i never really noticed those downward wings, but now as you said it, i havent seen it either on my researches.

    Yes I would rule out Zed Valley Gold,It would by my expectation have a very large lip,as it has Zelenkoa onusta as a close parent and also Onc Varicosum,Forsbeii and a few others with large lips.

    @ Ron -- That stinks, I thought you had the ID nailed! However, its nifty that you've got a good fragrance coming from it, and its a nice looking flower too!
