What organic fertilizer do you use? Goat poop? Chicken poop? Worm poop? Secret mixture? Do you use only charcoal as medium?

I'm so impressed with your plants. Fantastic! I have never seen orchids like this.

I just got back from there (a revisit to the country after 25 years!). I did visit a few orchid nurseries. The secrets for growing orchids like what we are seeing in these threads are not about fertilizer, or shade cover and etc ... but it is all about the weather which is very conducive for these warm growing orchids. The weather there is very hot (but not scorchingly hot) all year round (the winter months are like the hottest days of the spring here!!!) and VERY very HUMID!!!! And it rains almost half of the year. Remember: rain water is very good for the orchids, it contains almost no calcium salt that is detrimental for the orchids (like the tap water here), and importantly, the rain water has trace amount of nitrate - a natural fertilizer, just like the way nature fertilizes these orchids (nitrate-containing rain water, bird dropings, and decayed tree barks! hahaha ... there goes their secret!!!

we are not used rain water for Phal. because the rain water make to disease for my Phal on leaf and to rot young top leaf by strong and heavy rain
-water used for Phal in TraVinh is high concentration of canxi (natural) and water used for orchid is provided by source of Goverment for living
-is only in Tra Vinh city have plenty of big Phal
    - the different City in south of VietNam seldom have
