According to RHS, there is a Doritaenopsis No Complaints and a Doritaenopsis No Wonder.

There is a picture of No Complaints here:-
    http://jksalescompany.com/ken/orchid_plants.html

    Looks like a white phally...

unfortunately couldn't find a pic of Dtps No Wonder, but it is a cross between Dtps No Complaints and Phal. Carmela's Wonder.

I found a pic of the Phal from Orchids Australia magazine Dec 2003 and it turns out it is another white flower... so I have no idea where the yellow comes from...

apologies for the quality of the pic, but my scanner ain't werkin and I had to use the digicam to take a snap of the article in the magazine.

    Cheers
    tim

by the way, forgot to mention that I really liked that yellow phally.. hence went searching for it's history... what can I say, I need to get a life

    Gin,
I LOVE your Shilly !! WOW what a lip !
I have a shilly x with phal cassandra....nice foliage, no fragrance, white in color, nice lip...but it is prone to rot in cool weather...I fought it off last winter and won,,,this year it doesn't look good...it needs your prayers. It has lost all the leaves on one side.
