Looks like Doritis or somewhat a crossed between Doritis pulcherrima and Phalaenopsis equestris?

The only thing in this flower is that the lip bends like Doritis pulcherrima but the petals and sepals remind us a peloric Phalaenopsis equestris I think?

the leaves and inflorescence dont match with a phal equestris. could well be a doritis in it as derek suggested.

I would agree. Looks like a lot of equestris influence, and peloric, but the foliage and inflorescence do not look like 100% equestris. Also the spotting on the flowers around the column doesn't look like typical equestris.
