Oh Al, you misunderstood what he was saying. He actually said for Al to send Bruce a yellow stuartiana to keep this white one company.

    Cheers,
    BD

Yes Bruce I have a Phalaenopsis Taida Salu Sunset that understands loneliness. It is my only Phalaenopsis and I think the surrounding Vandecous types and Oncidiums are very snooty and cruel to it............different cultural backgrounds you know. I can certainly understand your white stuatiana wanting a similar companion (yellow colored of course), but I cannot give you what I don't have. The life of a captive orchid is not easy. You ask for the tropical rainforests of Asia and what do you get , but the deserts of New Mexico. At least in the wild you have a chance of germinating amongst friends of your own kind! You ask for water and what do you get? A veritable ocean of water that drowns you. Then also the things people do to your Personnel life are rather obscene! Well Bruce I am sorry I have misinterpreted your orchids intentions. Having said that I think I will go drown a few plants now.
