    Smile Brs. Mem. Fritz Boedeker (Rex 'Sakata' AM/AOS x longessima)

    This spider orchid has three spikes and huge blooms. It is not very fragrant - sort of a pepper smell.

    Thanks Patty. The photos are not very good at showing the colors well. It is green, but also has brown bars and a more white than green lip. Very dynamic, yet in the photo it appears fairly monochromatic.

    What a beauty! Love everything about it. Take a close look at the first picture. The second bloom on the top of the spike
    appears to have a great face on it. It all so appears in the second picture. Really a beautiful orchid Bruce. Thanks for sharing it with us. Think I will be looking for this one.
