Great Brassia, among my favorites. How big are the blooms Bruce?

I like the green on them. Anthropomorphizing a bit, they look startled or surprised about something!

I snapped a shot because I didn't think anyone would believe me when I said that from tip to tip the blooms are just under 7 inches long (6 7/8") .... I couldn't believe it either

Big, bold and beautiful. Love the the vertical lateral petals and markings on the lip.

As usual you chose the right word "dynamic" when you described this Brassias. In your photos the blooms seem to line up as if they are going to march off the spike. AL

Bruce, How do your grow your Brassias? I'm so enamored with them. I've bought several over the past few months. I think I'm going to be in trouble when the heat cranks up here in south Florida. I know we have the native Brassia caudata down towards the Keys which has been an elusive find for me. I know they require a little drying out between waterings. Everyone has told me they are going to require a load of air movement.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
