Nice. Never seen it offered for sale. Supposedly a difficult/slow plant despite the parentage. How true is this?

I am guessing you were asking Cattan, who has a ton more experience with this plant than I do. But here is my 2 cents, it seems most people treat it more like an Ascocentrum than a Phal. While it needs high light to bloom (Asctm), mine need to stay moist constantly or the leaves begin to show limpness (Phal). I think that's where people may seem to find confusion. I have not found a lot of information out there on growing this plant, so I can see how people could find it "difficult", based on the lack of info and the contrast of the 2 parent plants. That's my 2 cents.

Now the larger 2 are doing great, lots of new roots and 2 new leaves each, and the smallest one is still struggling to get some new roots and a very small new leaf. I will be thrilled if the larger 2 decide to bloom for me in the next year!
Gage, I remember you have photos of your plant that I've seen.
