The Trinidad & Tobago Orchid Show 2011 takes place 7th Oct.
The Barbados O. S. is setting up an exhibit, and members will be sending Cut flowers ( we cannot send plants ) for judging(AOS).
I am sending this spray of Onc. Sharry Baby together with 6 other entries.
Will share the results when the contingent returns.
GOOD LUCK ANGELA!
very exciting Angela! I bet its a tad difficult cutting the spikes from the plant, but atleast its for a good cause. Best of luck.
Wishing you the best dear lady. Hope your orchids reward you well. You certainly reward us with your pics. I would so hate having to cut my orchid sprays in order to show them. Looking forward to seeing pics of the show and hearing of your successes. I am leaving for Washington DC tomorrow to help my orchid society set up our display for the National Capital Orchid Society Show which is held at the National Aboretum this weekend. I am entering several but nothing to get excited about. More for just filler.
Thanks to all of you
@ Bill, Hope you have great personal success and Success with your Society's display.
Good Luck and Best wishes
The best of luck at the Orchid Show, though from what you have displayed here at the Forum Angela I am sure you have the 'WOW' factor down pat to win awards. The spray of the Oncidium 'Sharry Baby' is just more proof of this fact. Bill I hope you see this as I wish you success and fun in Washington D.C. It sounds to me to be something special to be involved in this show at the National Aboretum. Good luck to you Bill also. AL
Great luck Angela!! I bet you and your orchids will do well. You have grown and bloomed your plants so well. Pity you must cut the blooms to take them, but glad you are entering. Just think of all the people who will get to share in your happiness!!
Wishing you BEST OF LUCK Angela, all the way from Malaysia. Can't wait for your photos .
