Bob they are very easy to grow even from the seedling, mature plants especially if you give light more than 50% together with fertilizer it can producing multiple spikes and even keiki on the spike itself. you can see the photos below.The last photo many flowers under the shade light received more than 60%. Photo 2 less light received ( less than 50%) results less flowers and keiki formation. Photo 1 cornu cervi brown and red happy plants producing long roots for them to get nutrients.Hope will give you some idea.Zain
