    Default Phal. Sogo Yukidan

Have this in flower now with about 7 flowers. Not the best Sogo by a long shot but quite nice.

Beautiful big phal bloom. Love the fangs and color in the lip of this orchid. So pretty.

    cheers,

THANKS BD! Of course: "fangs"... all this time I never really knew what to call them (whiskers etc. doesn't really do it). It is so obvious when someone says it! I can't believe I never heard this expression before... did you just come up with it. If so, Wow.

Oh and Roy- That's some serious propagation you have going on in the background, and it all looks wonderful.

I got 7 flowers this time, not going to even contemplate getting more. If I get 7 again I'll be rapped.

No, I wish I could take credit, but I believe I learned it here from another member.

Very nice large white... I believe Sogo Yukidian has the potential to throw very long spikes with 30-40 flowers or more when grown well.
