No I have a digital camera that has a macro feature. Next time I go down to the islands and can buy stuff tax free I want to get an SLR digital camera that has the ability to work with different lenses.

Mine is a 4megapix Olympus 400 I beleive have had it since the cruise 2 years ago. Am sure if you just bought one it's much more powerfull than mine. I would suggest going to an office supply store and getting a little cheap tripod for it if it can use one because that's how I'm getting the great photo's. Because I can't hold it that still. Also if you have a remote that makes it even easier because when you press the button you can cause it to move. So just click the remote and viola piccies.

I do have a tripod, and boy oh boy I have just started playing with this camera. I wish I had this years ago! All the photos I posted on my website of my work are *#@! blurry, and grainy! Oh well...the newer pieces are more clear, but this camera...Isn't it amazing how fast the technology changes.

Well one thing I can tell you. Keep your old camera especially if it's 35mm with the ability to use different lenses. Trust me for real photo's especially B&W film is still the best ya just can't get that film grain right with photoshop and sometimes things just look better the old way.

That is true! I will never get rid of my old 35mm Pentax Asahi K1000 (even though the scanned images did not translate well to my website), but that can't be said for my "ancient" 3 year old P.O.C. digital camera I just replaced!

I am a total sucker for phal lips, as that one is scrumptous, but I am totally in love with the spotting too. It isn't too over loaded.

If you ever get bored of it, send it this way.
