Beautiful...I'm so jealous. My Rawdon Jester is just sitting there refusing to put out roots or do much of anything, other than have its old pseudobulbs yellow.

Never mind Kelly. I think we all have a problem plant. I bet that your Vandas will bloom frequently whilst mine just grow roots!

Great photos Susie - I'm really jealous I've been thinking of getting this plant for a while and I'm trying to read up about it before hand. As we are both from the same area could you tell me how you are growing yours? Watering, light, aspect, growth habit etc. All info greatly appreciated

Hi Matt. I grow it in intermediate temps. It is about two feet from a south east facing window. It gets fed when the media is dry- ish, every watering 1/4 strength high N and flushed at the fourth watering. I hope that helps you good luck if you do decide to get one

Thanks for that. I think it's safe to say I'll be shopping soon I only have north and north west facing windows in my apartment but if my Brassia can flower and thrive this should too, right?
I've only seen them for sale on an online shop in Holland... Where did you get yours from? i don't think we can mention businesses here so can you PM me? (sorry for all the questions )

Yes that is fine Matt I would think a north or west facing window sufficient for this one. It prefers shade unless it is in the winter when a windowsill will do. I shall PM you.
