I also have a small Rodriguezia (has never flowered yet), and I was wondering if you might know what size it should be before dividing. I'm wondering because it has a pseudobulb at the end of a long rhizome, and this bulb has very long (greater than 6in.) roots and has just started to shoot off a secondary bulb as well. I don't know if I should cut and plant this part or if it is normal to just leave as is.
