    Default Oncidium Meredith Katherine

i bought this recently, it arrived in the mail in great condition, all 5 spikes intact. it has lost many buds, but already one spike has done well. at night there is a faint cinnamon fragrance. in bright daylight, the entire rooms fills with a strong heady smell that is exactly like an arabian bukhoor incense i ordered from the united arab emirates years ago. flowers are about 2 inches wide.

Your flowers are very pretty...and five spikes?! You should have some nice re-blooms.

i'm really running out of room, so good scented plants are becoming a priority now... and this one is really a winner. a second spike is open today, so in 3 days or so their scent will kick in too... yay!
