Default Beallara Wine Spots 'New Star'

This guy was in bloom when I bought him in early April. He had one small spike and maybe another hidden. I didn't kill them!! Blooms on both spikes are opening.

Thanks. It is in a 4" pot and it is growing out of it. I was told to wait until he blooms to repot. I soaked him last night and will do so again this evening. I may just cut off the spikes and repot now then if you all think his leaves are dehydrated.

Thanks, it's working pretty well for me. Of course, I am looking at how to build one out of lattice up against my fence without too much money or effort. I want to move my Vandas out there and add a misting system. I have the misting system, just need to make the arbor. Might be a good project for this weekend!

it sounds like very good investment,..
if the humidity low, i recommend adding a plant by the name tillandsia usneoides, on the arbor.... here the common name (if translated into english) is "mosses beard".....
