This is one of my favorite phal species! I have quite a few of these guys! The fragrance from this species is phenomenal! Sweet and heavenly ethereal! (Very unlike the sweet/spicy/eggy like ladyfinger pastry scent of phal bellina!) I have seen a specimen of this species and it was amazing! The leaves are like 2 feet long at least with 4-5 feet long branched spike with several hundreds of flowers!

    Cheers. Hoa.

Mine is in bloom right now and will post it in my next thread of Phal parade. My plant is tiny, so I was surprised it bloomed at all. The spike developed four buds, but two blasted, so I only have two flowers...ahh well

My mom had a lovely sized plant...but alas...my dad killed it!

This is on my shopping list for the preview party tonight (at the NH Orchid Show). I'd love a large blooming sized Schill. My favorite species phal also!
