Lovely Wildcat. Is it potted too deep or is it just a cache pot ?

Orchid pot temporarily dropped into a decorative pot with drainage hole. I have a hanging area along walk to front door where I bring up blooming orchids for display. Sometimes my orchids seem to get lost in bloom among all the other orchids in their growing area.

I love the Wildcats too. I just wish I'd quit killing them... I have a new one I bought last month to keep my company - its not labelled, but either a Wildcat or a very close relative. Good enough either way! It may be just too dry here. I try to keep them well watered, but the new growth pleats and then gets fungus!

In any case, I sure like the one you posted, that's a gorgeous plant full of flowers!
