Default An obscure cross is one of my favorite phals

This plant seems to be (it's hard to make out the handwriting on the tag) Phal. (Kantrarbi Ravashati (Pink Cheers x equestris)) Yes, I know...go figure. None the less it has become one of my most reliable, showiest phals. It always has multiple spikes laden with dozens of quarter-size flowers. The equistris in it, I suppose. No fragrance. This year I have sworn to repot it after blooming but it's a big established plant and I'm dreading it!

That isn't a registered name, but I can see why this could be a favorite. Good color, easy bloomer, abundant flowers, what's not to like?

Pink Cheers is a standard pink Phal with a touch of equestris in it, so this is a bit more than half equestris ancestry.

That is a very intense pink on your cutie! Kind of a sweet innocent look.

I agree that mini phals are really fun--they were selling them for $5 at a local big box at Christmastime. I bought 3, all white with yellow lips and abundant little flowers. After they bloomed I tied them all to a fir bark baton that hangs from the palm now. They have put out new growth and look to be settling in. Their only downside is that they have no scent, which is why I keep catts! Yours is really cute.
