Only a small plant , in fact a miniature. This is in a 3 inch pot, and the flowers are perhaps just 1/2 inch - 15mm across. But so bright and cheerful. Perhaps more of a tigger than a tiger ( if you know Winnie the Pooh). Also known as Selenidiopsis by the way, before the mad molecular men got going.
It grows on the slopes of the Andes, in Peru ( says IOPSE) and mine was seed raised in Ecuador, and I have had it for about a year now. I'd love to grow it into a big specimen, which would mean multiple spikes, although the flower size, and maybe flower count per spike would not be much different I think. Of course its far too small for judges to see - but that's just an old cynic talking. And I dearly love it, whatever.

It is cute. Reminds me of a poison arrow frog.

I have wanted this species since I became aware of it a couple years ago. Clearly I must acquire it without further delay.

Interesting, new to me. The flowers sort of resemble our local species Acampe or Gastrochilus.
