There is a puzzle here I can't solve.

There is no registered hybrid of any kind called Jairak Kiss. I do find Kirchara Jairak Kiss on a number of websites, even major growers, but no explanation of that name.

Kirchara is no longer in use as a hybrid genus but it would have been (Cattleya x Epidendrum x Laelia x Sophronitis) before those meanings changed. Brassavola has no part in Kirchara, but is obvious in this flower. There is no hint of Sophronitis here, and Cattleya and Laelia seem unlikely.

It does appear to be Brassavola x Encyclia, but there are many combinations of dark Encyclia species with Brassavola species that might look like this.

It is interesting, but unfortunately the name is meaningless.

Cant agree more with you Kirk. Thats the reason I mentioned Brassavola x Encyclia in the name. It came with Kirchara tag and I am not quite sure what I should call it

I'm not even sure this is the same cross as the supposed Kirchara Jairak Kiss for sale on some websites - flowers that also look like Encyvola (Brassavola x Encyclia) hybrids but are more green with white or purple striped lip. This seems more like Encyvola Jairak Treasure - the closest name match that is registered in this type - (E. phoenicea x B. Little Stars). It also looks a lot like Encyvola Phoenix (B. nodosa x E. phoenicea) and especially Encyvola Vivian German (Phoenix x E. phoenicea). I've seen those 2 in person, and obviously all 3 will look similar to each other. The extended side lobes on the lip make me wonder about E. alata though. Enough speculation... Encyvola-type hybrid would be my label for this.
