    This Website doesn't cover all the Psychopsis species, but I thought it had some interesting information. Great stuff on other genera, as well!

    How old/big are they? As the old orchid saying goes, 'Patience Grasshopper'... Once they start, they should be very reliable. Check your lighting conditions too...

    Each of my plants has 4 or 5 growths that appear to be mature. I have had them under a sodium halide light in the basement, but for summer I have placed them outside. Maybe that will do the trick.
