    Default A typhoon survivor

One of the wettest Julys I can remember, one typhoon after another combined with the southern moonsoon.

I am too busy with work to care for my plants. Heaviest casualties are my species phals. More than half of my five dozen equestris are dead.

Oh, Nelson! I'm so sorry to hear about your plants.

I hope things settle down soon and you can return to caring for the rest with your usual excellent skills.

Every one of us here can identify with the pain of such a calamity! We know you'll be back with your blooms stronger and more wonderful than ever--but until then--big hug!!

Sorry about your troubles Nelson. Thank goodness you take beautiful photos of your plants though. Maybe things will dry out soon.

    Cheers!

Default That's ok, ladies and gentlemen.

One of the things keeping me busy are the negotiations for what is going to be my orchid heaven...5.48 acres, at 1,500 feet above sea level.
