    Default P. Amabilis

I got this orchid for a song as well. It is marked P. Amabilis (white). Well, the flower is NOT white. I know, I know, tags get mixed up all the time. I did some research though and found out there are a few pink Amabilis out there and maybe I got one? Sorry, I can't refind the link on that source.

What a vibrant pink--what a happy bargain for you! The shape of the flower is interesting, isn't it? Thanks for sharing!

    Default Not amabilis

This is definitely not P. amabilis, but a complex hybrid with Doritis (it looks like).

    It's still pretty!

The color is just a little bit more subdued than the picture posted indicates. The lip is more maroon than red. I just could not figure out how to adjust the colors with PS Elements very well.
