    I just recently realized that its a very Christmassy orchid too. At least in this situation. The stripes remind me of candy canes, and its blooming just in time for Christmas. So its my very own Christmas Orchid!!!!

    As far as I know, it was just a shadow. I didn't see anything wierd on it.

    Absolutely gorgeous! I have a phal almost ready to open. White with a red throat. It was to be my Christmas orchid, so it had better hurry.
