Ooops, yes, Im sorry guys, you are right. It is lobbii. You parishii is too cooL!!!
Ok, I pollinated a Haraella odorata with pollen from my P. lobbii. Its seems to have worked!!!!!
The ovule is forming on the Haraella!
Ok, I also put the pollen from the Haraella on the P. lobbii, and the flower has turned yellow. Is that a good sign?

Cool - I didn't know Haerella were allied with Phals. They're both members of the subtribe Sarcanthinae of the Vanda tribe, so it might work. Their chromosome counts have to be the same. Otherwise, despite the seed pods, your seeds will be sterile. Good luck!

OH no!! I didn't know seed pods could form with sterile seeds. Shoot. I was so happy too. Thanks for telling me though. How can I find out without investing money on having professionals sew the seeds for me in the hopes that I have a new cool hybrid on my hands.
