Not your typical Onc Sharry Baby
The friend who gave me this years ago called it Onc. Sharry Baby 'mutation'. You don't generally see but the pinkish ones. It is one of those orchids that thrives no matter what. These 2 spikes had almost 200 blooms and it has 2 more spikes getting ready to open ! Of course, the fragrance is a plus...who doesn't like to smell chocolate !

That's astonishing Gilda! Wow! Wish mine would get inspired like that. Can you describe your culture a little?

It's in a bark mix (well broken in)..watered once a week..fed about every other week....generally sits in the floor of my sunroom at a North facing window..when it's not blooming(which isn't often) it gets pushed to the corner in the same area..out of sight .out of mind kinda thing,,,till I see it's spiking again..blooms 3-4 times a year. It is hanging over the edge of the pot, and repotting is inevitable...I dread it !
