Default Phalaenopsis equestris, etc., in my farm

Last year my Phalaenopsis equestris, all five dozen of them, were wiped out.
    It was awful.
Today I went to my farm, where Phalaenopsis equestris are on tree trunks, and I was delighted to see so many of them in bloom.
It was difficult to take sharp photos without a tripod, but a few of them came out alright. One can see insect damage but I am holding off the use of insecticides as of now.

Those are all wonderful, Nelson. I love how free blooming the Phal equestris is. Ours seems to always be in bloom here. The other blooms you post are very beautiful also. Do these grow wild on your farm or do you maintain them as well?

    Cheers,
    BD

Default I have a caretaker to maintain them.

When Jim Cootes was here two weeks ago, he told me of his plants in the small garden that he maintains in Mindoro island.

Half in jest, "plants there have the ability to grow legs and walk away..."

LOL - I'll bet! Especially if they are even half as beautiful as the ones you show us!

    Default !

One of my top three favorite phal species along with bellina and schilleriana.

Lovely! Nice to see they're making a come-back, Nelson!
