My mom just gave this Orchid and the ID tag said it was Dendrobium Spanish Dancer. Now I'm pretty sure that it isn't a Dendrobium, but the Spanish Dancer is a possibility. Any ideas?

You're right, it's not a dendrobium, it's an oncidium. I guess you already know that, though, since you posted it under the right heading...

It's not a dendrobium, it's an oncidium. "Spanish dancer" is just one of the many ways of saying "dancing lady", "dancing doll" etc. that practically all oncidiums are referred to. I'm not sure EXACTLY what kind it is, as there are several small, yellow/brown flowered oncidiums that look almost identical to me...

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box. ...Hmmm? .

One of my favorite types of orchids. So cheerful and long lasting.
