    Default Zootrophion endressianus

Zootrophion is a rather strange genus related closely to Pleurothallis. They're characterized by dry sheathing which surrounds the petioles and by the unusual flowers, which are fused at the sepal tips. So the flowers don't open, except for little "eyes" on either side of the head-shaped bloom.

For perspective, this is a 3" pot.
